Papain

Fungal Lactase

Fungal lactase is an enzyme derived from the fungus Aspergillus oryzae, known as “koji” which are critical in the production of many traditional Japanese fermented foods such as sake, soy sauce, and miso. It hydrolyzes lactose into galactose and glucose to help with the digestion of dairy products.

Alpha Galactosidase

Alpha Galactosidase is an enzyme that increases the breakdown of galactoside in order to improve digestion and reduces bloating, discomfort, and flatulence caused by gas. Foods such as greens, grains, and beans are composed of glycolipids and glycoproteins that are not properly broken down in the gut. Galactosidase breaks down these starches and foods that are difficult to digest. It can help people suffering from Fabry's Disease.
